Day Men
The Day Men’s League provides recreational daytime draws for men wishing to maintain a level of
fitness or to refine their curling skills in an enjoyable, low intensity atmosphere. During the season,
teams are set weekly based upon who signs up to curl that week on the day(s) they choose. Members are
assured two games per week and will have an opportunity to curl additional games when another draw is
not filled. The league hosts two bonspiels: a fall bonspiel and a spring bonspiel held jointly with the Day
Ladies League. Christmas and end of season games and lunches add to the congeniality of the league.
Day Men curl at 9:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays and at 11:10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Senior Men’s Doubles may be played when there are insufficient players to make up regular teams.

Day Ladies (Tuesdays)
City View Day Ladies is a recreational curling league that encourages the inclusion of all levels in the sport. Our members share an interest in curling, and our environment fosters social fellowship both on and off the ice. The achievements of Day Ladies are due to the contributions of members who volunteer to serve on committees and organize social events. We come together as a community to have fun and learn from one another in a positive and respectful manner.
Members will have opportunities to curl at 9:00am/1:20pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Match Committee randomly draws teams 2 to 3 times a year at the beginning of each draw. This league is also involved in inter-club and Ladies Curling Association (LCA) bonspiels during the year.

Monday Open Doubles League
Monday Open Doubles League
For curlers of all experience levels, Monday Open Doubles consists of fixed, two-player open teams. Offering a balance of recreational-to-competitive play across 3 divisions and 3 weekly draws (7:00pm, 8:20pm, 9:40pm), doubles is a fast-paced game that demands energy and attentiveness of all participants.
This is what makes doubles so fun and interesting! With only two players, everyone has to call their own line, or choose to get up and sweep your own stones. Sweeping alone means switching sides can be a real advantage, and even skips need to be able to judge weight and sweep those stones to the button!
It is a well-rounded game that gets everyone involved in the strategy, is challenging to even the most experienced curlers, while also being an excellent way to develop the skills for those newer to the sport of curling.
