Here are the approved Membership Fee breakdowns for the 2023-24 Curling season. 

All returning teams must have 3 members registered by 15 May 2023 with a partial payment of at least $248.60 per member in order to save your spots for next year.

City View has 4 categories of Fees

(1) Regular Full Membership:

Base Membership Fee = $276.85 ($245 + HST)

Association Fees (CurlON/CCA & OVCA & LCA) = $22.60 ($20 + HST)

League Fee(s) as per below

• Day Men League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Day Ladies League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Day Open Fixed League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Monday Evening Ladies League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Monday Open Doubles League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Tuesday Open Novice League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Tuesday Evening Open League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Wednesday Evening Open League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Thursday Evening Open League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Friendly Fridays League Fee = $237.30 ($210 + HST)

• Friday Mixed League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Saturday Social League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

• Saturday Mixed League Fee = $271.20 ($240 + HST)

       NOTES:

• Benefits of payment of Base Membership Fee include joining other leagues by paying the applicable fee, sparing in any league except Day Men/Friendly Friday, being a 5th/6th member in fixed team leagues, participating in club events, booking practice ice for free, representing CVCC in OCA/OVCA/LCA events, and attending/voting in any general meeting of members.
• There is a maximum of 3 league fees payable by any member. If a member registers for more than 3 leagues they will not pay a league fee for those additional leagues.
• Members may be added as a 5th or 6th member of an existing team at no charge. 5th and 6th team members may only be added to teams with 4 fully registered and paid members. Note 5th and 6th team members do not apply for Day Men, Day Ladies, or Friendly Fridays.
• $25 non-refundable fee upon cancellation or membership refund request 

(2) Youth Membership:

Association Fees (CurlON/CCA & OVCA & LCA) = $11.30 ($10 + HST)

Sunday Little Rocks, U-15, U-18 or U-21= $169.50 ($150 + HST)

(3) Spare Membership: (entitles you to all benefits of payment of Base Membership Fee as noted above. A Spare Member cannot play in either Day Men or Friendly Fridays as those leagues do not have spares.)

Base Membership Fee = $276.85 ($245 + HST)

(4) Social Fee:(Allows participation in social events. Does not entitle you to any of the benefits of payment of Base Membership Fee as noted above)

Social Fee = $90.40 ($80 + HST)

Additional Fees or Discounts applicable:

• Early Registration Bonus = $25 discount if base membership fee is paid before 15 May 2023.

• Late Payment Fee = $50 if fees are not fully paid by 16 September 2023.

• Fee for Cancellation or Membership Refund Request = $25 (NOTE: No cancellation/refunds after curling has begun.) Exceptions to the refund policy for medical reasons will be considered by the Board of Directors until 15 October 2023.
